Good news! With the exception of Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria*, KOKO is currently able to ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary according to country but we aim to have your product with you within 2 weeks. Your shipping rates and estimated date of delivery will be calculated for you at checkout.
Where does KOKO deliver?
We believe in sustainable fashion and all KOKO products have been designed to last and be loved, however in the rare event that your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective simply get in touch within 4 weeks of receipt for a full refund.
Order not arrived? We're doing our best in these unusual times to make sure your order arrives on time, but if your estimated delivery date (EDD) has come and gone please get in touch within 4 weeks of the EDD so that we can investigate. If your package has been lost during delivery you'll be entitled to a full refund.
